Ecumenism is the ongoing effort by the separated Christian churches to call one another to visible unity in one faith and in one Eucharistic fellowship. It is expressed through worship and common life in Christ, through witness and service to the world, and for further advancement towards that unity, in order that the world may believe.
The Christian Ecumenical mission of Toronto’s main focus is interfaith and dialogue. The main objective therefore is to raise awareness and harmony through education and activities that promote Christianity.
Though the Kerala Christian Ecumenical Fellowship consists of many different churches, we feel a common sense of unity and strength under this Ecumenical umbrella. The member churches aim is not to compete with one another, but to remain united in the service and worship of God. Through this unity in diversity, we convey God’s message to the next generation through the practices of our faith.
